Tip 1 for yoga

Just a few minutes to get ready in the morning

– breathing (5minutes): breathing IN counting to 5, breathing OUT counting to 5, repeating 10 times

– meditating (10 minutes): repeating 1 affirmation: I am light, I am love for the highest good of ALL!

– movement (10 minutes):  3 Sun Salutation, for example (see the picture)
